The Laüd is music studio located near Downtown Upland on the edge of LA County. Our mission is to work with talented artists and provide a space to create and record music. Behind the chair is Art Pacheco, a seasoned drummer, producer, and engineer. Experienced in producing, mixing and mastering a wide variety of musical genres including pop, electronic, rock, R&B, Americana/folk, adult contemporary, country, film scores, and audio books.
Tracking Room / Control Room
The studio consists of 2 rooms uniquely designed for acoustics and sound isolation. Influenced by interior design, the studio has a blend of wood elements, textiles and plant life that provide an organic feel. The tracking room and control room are treated with a series of handcrafted dual sided absorption/diffusor sound panels that can easily be configured to change the sound signature at will. The structure is constructed to be a room within a room to keep musical sounds in and exterior elements out.
